Honeycomb Cottage

Honeycomb Cottage is a cosy and welcoming cottage with a vintage theme which while at first glance may appear quaint, it still retains a luxury feel with modern fittings. The accommodation sleeps 4 + 2 guests in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The main bedroom features a large super-king size bed, triple wardrobe and dressing table. Tea and coffee making facilities and a large TV enable you to enjoy your relaxing mornings while the en suite includes a large shower and toilet to enable privacy from the other guests.

The second bedroom contains full size bunk beds, so suitable for adults as well as children, with a TV and storage. Across the hall is the main bathroom which has a half size plunge bath with shower over. Towels, hand-wash and bubble bath are provided.

Honeycomb Cottage has a large well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and consists of a Rangemaster stove and extractor which has a gas 5 burner hob and electric oven and grill. There is also a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine. The cupboards are stocked full of plates, pans and crockery and all essential cleaning products are supplied for your stay. There is a large dining table adjacent to the kitchen area and the lounge consists of two large leather sofas, one of which converts to a double bed. Above the fireplace is a smart TV and DVD player and a large collection of DVDs, books and games can be found in the ornate dresser. Outside the cottage is a large private lawn with flower borders and a picnic table to enjoy your al fresco meals

Honeycomb Cottage has central heating. There is free Wi-fi and all bedding and towels are provided. Outside there is free parking for two cars and the property is accessed by walking through large wrought iron gates from the parking area therefore creating a private, secure area for children to enjoy.

Prices for Honeycomb Cottage start from as little as £120 per night and there is a minimum 4 night stay requirement.

A security deposit of £100 is required but will be returned within 24 hours after check out as long as the property is in the same condition as check in.

Check in is between 4 and 6 pm and check out is before 10am on your day of departure

Bookings can be made through Booking.com but please feel free to contact us directly for the best price available. We require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance payable two weeks before your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to take credit card payments. 

Although we love dogs, we have a strict NO pet policy. We understand that your pet may be well behaved but ensuring that we adhere to this rule enables people with allergies to rest assured that the property is spotlessly clean with no pet hair or allergens.

We also have a NO smoking or vaping in the property policy but this allowed outside of the property as long as cigarettes are disposed of safely. 

If you own an electric car, please note there is no facility to charge your car at our property and due to health and safety and electric overload, you are not allowed to self charge from the property.
