Lyndhurst Mobile Home

Our Lyndhurst Mobile Home is an ideal getaway home for those looking for peace and quiet rather than the hustle and bustle of most caravan sites. Situated overlooking rolling countryside, the large windows, patio doors and extensive decking enable guests to relax with their feet up while watching the calming landscape and wildlife. There is an abundance of bounding bunnies to admire but the eagle eyed spotters may see foxes, buzzards, pheasants and the early morning deer as they pass by. This caravan sleeps up to 4 guests in two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a standard double bed with a full length bay window giving a light and airy feel. There is plenty of storage space and bedside wall lights create a cosy touch. The en suite toilet allows privacy from other guests. The second bedroom has two small singles which can be made up into a further double bed on request. The main bathroom features a large walk in shower with seating.

The Lyndhurst has a fully fitted kitchen comprising of an electric Stoves oven and grill with ceramic hob, full size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is ample cupboard space containing all the pots, plates and cutlery for your stay. Just off from the kitchen area is a round dining table with four chairs. The lounge area has two 2-seater sofas from where you can relax watching the TV and DVD player or just gaze out of the windows taking in the views of countryside and wildlife. If the weather allows, there is also a table and chairs outside on the decking to soak up the Cornish sunshine. 

The Lyndhurst is double glazed and centrally heated so is perfect for a quiet getaway at any time of the year. All bedding is provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. Towels are optional and can be provided for a small charge. Free parking for 2 cars is just outside the caravan and the access to the home is via 3 steps up to the decking. There is NO wi-fi available in the Lyndhurst (perfect if you want an excuse to get away from the emails!) but a good mobile signal if you wish to bring any cellular device.

Prices for the Lyndhurst start from as little as £80 per night and there is a minimum 3 night stay requirement.

A security deposit of £50 is required but will be returned within 24 hours after check out as long as the property is in the same condition as check in.

Check in is between 4 and 6 pm and check out is before 10am on your day of departure.

Bookings can be made through Booking.com but please feel free to contact us directly for the best price available. We require a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your booking and the remaining balance payable two weeks before your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to take credit card payments.

Although we love dogs, we have a strict NO pet policy. We understand that your pet may be well behaved but ensuring that we adhere to this rule enables people with allergies to rest assured that the property is spotlessly clean with no pet hair or allergens.

We also have a NO smoking or vaping in the property policy but this allowed outside of the property as long as cigarettes are disposed of safely. 

If you own an electric car, please note there is no facility to charge your car at our property and due to health and safety and electric overload, you are not allowed to self charge from the property.
